We ship to USA and Puerto Rico.

We ship through USPS and they typically will have a 2-4 day delivery window but Zoom & Lucy Paw Bakery Creations can not guarantee this delivery window, it can end up being 5 days or more based on location.

Please allow up to 3 business day for your order to be dispatched.

We do ask that you be aware of the date you are needing your treats by as deliveries will not be available on Sundays or guaranteed on Mondays.

During peak times, peak seasons, please allow up to 7 business day for your order to be dispatched. We are going to do our best to get orders out in a timely and efficient manner but I must allow for things that may happen on a daily basis.

If you have ordered a pre-order item, your pre-order item will be dispatched from the date mentioned on the website. Any non pre-order item that you have purchased in the same order will be dispatched along with the pre-order item. They will not be sent separately unless you make 2 different orders.
