What are your store hours? Because we work from home our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Online orders are available 24/7
Where are you located? We don't have a physical store yet, but you can place your order Online, Facebook Messenger or Instagram
How long will it take to receive my order? We try our best to fulfill orders from 5 to 7 days from the day you placed the order. High-season orders will take 10 to 14 days to be fulfilled. It will take the carrier 2 to 4 days to deliver your order but remember that we can not guarantee exactly 2 to 4 days of arrival after we ship, it will depend on the carrier. We do not ship on Sunday.
How many days in advance should I place my birthday cakes or birthday cupcakes order? We recommend placing your birthday cake or cupcake order 3 to 5 days in advance. I recommend 3 days for normal cakes and 5 days for more elaborate cakes. We can work orders 2 days before but this option will have a small fee.
What is the small fee for placing an order 2 days before the activity? For 2 days before the activity is a $5.00 fee.
Can I place a birthday cake or birthday cupcake order to be picked up or delivered on the same day of the birthday celebration? No, as all of our products are made by order we do not have any freeze products to make same-day pick-up or delivery.
What is the pick-up hour? The pick-up hour is around 4:30 pm for every order, but we can always work another time for pick-up if you are not able to meet at that time.
How long will my treats, cakes, donuts, or ice cream will last? Remember that all of our treats are natural and do not contain any preservatives, the life of each treat varies and depends on the location you live but we have an approximate shelf life. Cakes and Donuts will last 5 days in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer. Ice cream will last 3 to 4 months in the freezer, treats will last a month or they can last longer if you put them in the fridge or in any air tight container.
If my dog has a food allergies can he eat your treats? We always recommend to check all the ingredients that we use to see if your puppy has any allergies to some of them. If you are not sure if your puppy has any allergies to any ingredients we always recommend to give them just a tiny piece, a small amount or just 1 to 2 treats first to watch their reaction. If your puppy has any allergy to any ingredients let us know first to see if we can avoid that ingredient in order to make the treat safe for them. Consult your dog veterinarian in order to make sure that your puppy can eat the treats without problems.
Do you ship International? Not at this time.
Where in the US you can ship? We ship anywhere in the US. Shipping costs will differ depending on where you live. Right now we only ship cookies and treats, everything else is local only.
Does your treats contain sugar? No, we don't use any artificial sugars. We use honey as our sweetener and you can also find sugar in any fruits that we use.
Can humans eat it? Yes, why not, as we only use high human grade ingredients. It’s safe for dogs and also for humans just remember, it doesn't have any artificial sweetener in order to make it safe for dogs.
