Return & Exchange

Unfortunately, we will not accept returns for perishable items.

No refunds or returns if your pet doesn't like a particular treat.

Zoom & Lucy Paw Bakery Creations is not responsible for any mishandling and damaging of products during transit due to carrier. Your order is lovingly bake, carefully pack and each order is manually checked before being dispatch. We can not be responsible for what happens to your order during transit or after delivery.

However we realize things happen, if you received a broken, smashed, melted, moldy treat contact us and we will find a way to make things right for you and your pet.

Please contact us with any complaints within 48 hours of receiving any products and send us pictures of your damage product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken, smashed, melted or moldy so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow cancellation if it has been 48 hours after your purchase, as our treats, cakes and all of our goodies are bake fresh in order to guarantee the freshness there is not enough time of a window to allow for this. If you would like to cancel your order during the window time please be advice that cancellation orders have a 10% restocking fee. This fee will cover website, card fees, PayPal fees.
